    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan teknologi informasi dan  komunikasi  dalam  mengatasi  kesenjangan  digital  dan  menjadi  prioritas  utama  dalam menghadapi era society 5.0. Perkembangan TIK ini dipacu oleh kondisi pandemi COVID 19 yang mewabah  di  seluruh  dunia.  Metodologi  penelitian  yang  digunakan  adalah  metode  kualtiatif dengan mengumpulkan data wawancara melalui 6 orang informan.  Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa  perpustakaan  sekolah  sudah  mengambil  langkah-langkah  strategis  untuk  memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pemustaka dalam menghadapi era society 5.0 dan pandemi COVID 19 yang melanda  Indonesia.  Mulai  dari  menyediakan  infrastuktur  untuk  mengatasi  kesenjangan  akses digital,  sampai  pada  memberikan  pelatihan  dalam  menelusur  informasi  secara  daring  untuk mengurangi  kesenjangan  kemampuan  digital  siswa.  Kesimpulan  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah perpustakaan  sekolah  memiliki  kewajiban  untuk  meminimalisir  terjadinya  kesenjangan  digital dalam menghadapi era society 5.0 dan pandemi COVID 19

    The big challenge facing the library to be known by the millennial generation is the rapid development of information and communication technology. This rapid development makes the millennial generation very easy to obtain information, regardless of the information are fact or hoaxes. This makes the millennial generation lazy to use library facilities because they think, all the information they need can be obtained through the internet. However, using the internet without knowledge can lead to false information. Therefore, they must utilize the services provided by the library to obtain information that is correct and in accordance with their needs. In order for the millennial generation to know about the existence of libraries, special marketing tactics like Guerilla Marketing are needed to attract their interest in utilizing library services.&nbsp

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan RFID di UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Negeri Malang dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari buku teks, jurnal, penelitian sebelumnya, observasi, dan wawancara.Informan adalah kepala perpustakaan, pustakawan dan staf yang bertugas di pelayanan di UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Negeri Malang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan RFID sangat membantu pustakawan dan staf perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan di UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Negeri Malang dalam proses pencarian informasi, peminjaman, pengembalian serta keamanan bahan pustaka. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan RFID adalah kesalahan kendala teknis saat mengolah koleksi perpustakaan serta RFID adalah teknologi otomatisasi perpustakaan yang memiliki harga relatif mahal seperti pengadaan sebagai pemeliharaan

    Literasi informasi dalam setiap aspek pengetahuan dan pembelajaran sangat penting untuk terus dikembangkan, khususnya untuk pembelajaran agama Islam. Gerakan literasi informasi perlu ditanamkan dalam setiap jenjang pendidikan sejak dini di bangku sekolah, tujuannya untuk mendidik siswa agar ‘melek’ terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan khususnya pengetahuan agama Islam. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini menggambarkan bagaimana model keterampilan literasi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di Kota Padang. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara langsung dengan komunitas Majlis Guru Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (MGMP-PAI) tingkat SMA se kota padang yang beranggotakan 50 orang dan 3 pengawas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Guru PAI tingkat SMA perlu mengoptimalkan keterampilan literasi informasi agar dapat menyebarkan pengetahuan agama dari berbagai sumber informasi yang akurat dan terbebas dari “hoax information”. Selain itu, terdapat empat model keterampilan literasi informasi guru dalam penelusuran informasi ilmiah yaitu skill mengidentifikasi fakta atau hoax, skill literasi informasi dalam pembelajaran, skill teknik penulisan ilmiah, dan skil temu balik informasi.ABSTRACTInformation literacy in every aspect of knowledge and learning is very important to continue to be developed, particularly for Islamic religious learning. Information literacy needs to be instilled in every level of education in school, the aim is to educate students to be 'literate' towards the development of science, especially Islamic religious knowledge. This descriptive qualitative research illustrates how the model of information literacy skills of Islamic religious education teachers in Padang City. The research data were obtained through questionnaires and direct interviews with the Majlis Community Teachers of Islamic Religious Education Subjects (MGMP-PAI) at the high school level in Padang city with total of 50 members and 3 supervisors. The study indicated that Islamic religious education teachers in high school level need to optimize their information literacy skills so that they can spread religious knowledge from various sources of information that are accurate and free from "hoax". In addition, there are four models of information literacy skills in searching for scientific information, namely the skill of identifying facts or hoaxes, information literacy skills in learning, scientific writing technical skills, and information retrieval skills

    Libraries, museums and archives hold valuable collections in a variety of media, presenting a vast body of knowledge rooted in the history of human civilisation. These form the repository of the wisdom of great works by thinkers of past and the present. The holdings of these institutions are priceless heritage of the mankind as they preserve documents, ideas, and the oral and written records. To value the cultural heritage and to care for it as a treasure bequeathed to us by our ancestors is the major responsibility of libraries. The past records constitute a natural resource and are indispensable to the present generation as well as to the generations to come. Libraries preserve the documentary heritage resources for which they are primarily responsible. Any loss of such materials is simply irreplaceable. Therefore, preserving this intellectual, cultural heritage becomes not only the academic commitment but also the moral responsibility of the librarians/information scientists, who are in charge of these repositories. The high quality of the papers and the discussion represent the thinking and experience of experts in their particular fields. The contributed papers also relate to the methodology used in libraries in Asia to provide access to manuscripts and cultural heritage. The volume discusses best practices in Knowledge preservation and how to collaborate and preserve the culture. The book also deals with manuscript and archives issues in the digital era. The approach of this book is concise, comprehensively, covering all major aspects of preservation and conservation through libraries.     Leadership is an important component of library management. This study aims to collect and systematically analyze literature on library leadership, so that libraries as information center can provide the best services to users. The research method is a systematic literature review (SLR), collected literature using Publish or Perish (PoP), then extracted using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Literature Review and Meta-Analyses 2020 (PRISMA2020), then analyzed using VOSviewer. The results is the literature on library leadership was divided into 12 clusters with 244 keywords. The dominating keywords are style, diversity, assessment, staff, and framework. The conclusion of this systematic literature review research on leadership in library management states that the theme of library leadership is very interesting for researchers because library leadership does not have to follow the right leadership theory, every library leader has a unique way and has its own characteristics ranging from leadership style, assessment, diversity, and their own framework in approaching staff to achieve excellent service for users

    Dosen memerlukan berbagai macam sumber informasi untuk pengajaran dan penelitian, dengan tujuan memberikan dampak pengetahuan dan pengembangan diri mahasiswa. Agar pembelajaran dapat berlangsung, dosen dan mahasiswa khususnya calon professional Informasi lulusan Ilmu Perpustakaan dan Informasi harus mempunyai akses dan menggunakan sumber informasi yang diperlukan secara memadai. Cara paling efektif untuk memobilisasinya adalah melalui penyediaan sumber informasi yang dibutuhkan di perpustakaan perguruan tinggi. Perpustakaan membantu dosen mencapai tujuan untuk menghasilkan mahasiswa yang melek informasi dan siap menghadapi pendidikan seumur hidup. Oleh karena itu, perpustakaan harus menyediakan akses terhadap sumber daya perpustakaan yang tersedia dan dukungan profesional ahli untuk memfasilitasi pemanfaatan sumber daya ini secara efektif. Sumber daya perpustakaan berisi informasi dalam format cetak dan non-cetak seperti buku cetak, jurnal, indeks, surat kabar dan majalah, laporan, internet, dan lain-lain. Sumber daya perpustakaan merupakan bahan mentah yang memberikan layanan vital dalam proses belajar mengajar. Sumber daya perpustakaan penting bagi penyusunan rencana pembelajaran semester oleh dosen dan bagi kemajuan pendidikan guna mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, sumber daya perpustakaan harus dapat diakses oleh dosen pada waktu yang tepat dalam format yang sesuai. Artikel ini mensurvei metode pengajaran dan pemanfaatan sumber informasi perpustakaan di kalangan mahasiswa Ilmu Perpustakaan dan Informasi Islam, Fakultas Adab dan Humaniora UIN Imam Bonjol Padang.     This paper aims to find out the Islamic Knowledge Management (IKM) Library of the state Islamic religious college (PTKIN) in the new normal era/work from anywhere. Focus on library tacit and explicit knowledge; how to deal with the era of the new normal; and manage Islamic knowledge in the future. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this research, first, in managing Islamic knowledge, the library began to transfer the media of Islamic library materials such as Arabic books with an Islamic approach into pdf form and the organization strengthens the psychology of workers by paying attention to workplace spirituality. The library also facilitates the needs of users for Islamic library materials and referral services through online media such as whatsapp, telegram, and email. Second, then to face the work from anywhere era, the library will prepare things directly after the Covid-19 pandemic and increase the use of information and communication technology (information and Communication Technology / ITC). Second, the PTKIN library did to improve the tacit knowledge of the staff was to use several video conferencing applications to attend webinars on information science and libraries as well as about the Islamic of staff, work groups, and organization. As for explicit knowledge, the PTKIN library during WFH encouraged its staff to be active on social media and make webinars with the theme of information science and libraries.  The conclusion of this study shows that libraries can provide services for users by implementing IKM and increasing organizational knowledge during the work from anywhere period
